Q: How does signing in work?
A: Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your account info. Now you will be able to login to purchase our products.
Q: I am not receiving any confirmation or approval emails?
A: Please check your spam/junk mail folder as the emails sometimes end up there.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes there is a minimum order of $40 including shipping.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We ship Canada Post Xpresspost within Canada only with a flat rate of $15.00.
Q: When do you ship the orders?
A: Once we receive and deposit your E-Transfer most orders will ship the same or next business day.
Q: What will I expect as for packaging?
A: All orders are tightly sealed in smell proof packaging. The packaging in no way describes the contents for your privacy and protection.
Q: What happens after I make my payment over Interact E-transfer?
A: After your payment, The order will be pending until we can collect the funds sent by E-transfer. Once the E-transfer has been received, we will notify you through email with a tracking number once your order is ready.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship within Canada Only.
Q: What if I ordered and have not yet paid?
A: All orders will be kept for 5 business days which if payment is not received by then get removed from the system.
Q: How do I place an order on Cannabis Life?
- Register by completing the online account setup
- Then browse our products and add them to your shopping cart by using the “Add to Cart” button
- When you are ready use the Checkout button and follow the instructions to checkout.
- When you’re satisfied with your order click “Checkout”. Note: You must agree to the Terms of Service before completing your order.
- After you have checked out, you will receive an email confirmation for your order.
- You must then send the Interac E-Transfer for the total amount of your order to email@example.com

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd wish to cancel or make any changes to your order. Remember to provide the order number that was given and your membership information.
Cancellation only applies to orders that have not been shipped out yet. There are no refunds on medical marijuana products that have been shipped.

Q: What’s the difference between Indica and Sativa?
A: Indica and Sativa are the most well-known strains of the cannabis plant however they both greatly differ in terms of the kind of high a person experiences post- consumption. While Sativa may make one feel more energetic and uplifted, Indica would deeply relax a person resulting in a “couch lock”.
